When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, but during busy ritual cycles (like Full Moons or launches), it may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking email once it's on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I ship internationally. Delivery costs will be shown at checkout.

Can I request a custom ritual product or spell kit?

Yes, I love creating custom spellwork tailored to your intentions - whether it's for love, clarity, abundance, protection, or something deeply personal. Visit the Custom Spellwork page to submit your request and I'll craft something unique just for you. 

Where can I access the courses I've purchased?

If you purchased a digital course or ritual guide, you'll receive an email with a download link, right after checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or email me directly. 

Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the handmade and ritual nature of the products, I don't accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged, email me within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll make it right.
